One of the things I have learned about micro preemie babies is that their immune system takes a while to catch up!! It was back to the ER last night with both boys. Yesterday, Oran spiked a high fever on the day he finished his antibiotics and was grabbing at his throat again and Aizen's cough was getting a deep bronchitis type croupy sound. So even though they have been on antibiotics for 10 days they still have upper respiratory infections and Aizen's conjunctivitis came back even after he had been cleared to stopped his eye drops by the ENT doctor.
