Operation Glass Slipper is an amazing non-profit that is dedicated to providing prom gowns and accessories at no charge to high school girls throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin who would otherwise be unable to attend prom due to difficult financial or family circumstances.

What is Operation Glass Slipper looking for?
Operation Glass Slipper collects:
Prom and bridesmaids dresses (dresses do not need to be dry-cleaned)
Wedding gowns (5 years or newer please)
Wedding veils
Flower girl dresses and shoes
Crinolines
Dressy shoes
Jewelry
Clutch bags/Purses
Shawls/Capes
Strapless padded bras – bras in larger sizes (DD and up) can have straps/longline bras (any size)
Gloves
Ring bearer pillows
Garters

We are especially in need of:
Jewelry
Dress shoes
Clutches
Smaller size (0-4) and plus size (18+) dresses
Shoes in small sizes (4-7) and larger sizes (11-13), and wider shoes in any size

What do we do with your donation?
We examine all donations to determine whether they are suitable for prom. If they are, they will be placed in inventory for the next Princess Event. If they are not, they will be sold for a nominal amount in one of our periodic fundraising dress sales, which are sales we hold to raise funds to cover out-of-pocket expenses and to purchase items that are not donated in sufficient quantities, such as shoes, purses, jewelry, and prom dresses in the very smallest and very largest sizes.
